Request account deletion

Send your request

1. Email warhold@rignite.app with the subject WARHOLD account deletion.
2. Include your player ID or player name and state that you want your WARHOLD account deleted. If you have a linked email address, send from that address where possible.
3. If you no longer know your player ID or cannot access the linked email, describe the account and contact us anyway. We will explain an appropriate ownership check. Never send your password, one-time verification code or full card details.

If the button does not open an email app, copy warhold@rignite.app into your preferred email service. No game installation is required.

What happens next

Support verifies ownership and confirms the scope before deletion. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. A request alone does not immediately erase progress.

The deletion covers the account/profile, login and linking records, progress, and associated personal content. Content in shared conversations or reports may be removed or anonymized. Limited purchase, security, anti-fraud, dispute and legally required records may remain with restricted access where necessary. We will explain any retained categories and reasons in our response.

Linked Android and Telegram access can refer to the same WARHOLD progress. Deleting that WARHOLD account affects both. Your Google and Telegram accounts themselves are not deleted.

Subscriptions and other requests

Account deletion does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it in Google Play subscriptions to stop future renewals. You can still submit a deletion request now and ask support for help.

To delete specific personal data without deleting your entire account, email the same address and describe the data. We will explain any effect on game features and any necessary retention.
