Privacy policy
This policy explains how RovoLabs handles information for WARHOLD, including the Android game, optional linked accounts and player support.
Information we use
- Account and profile: your game ID, installation identifier, authentication records, chosen name, language and optional profile image. An installation credential lets you start as a guest without supplying an email address.
- Optional account linking: an email address and verification records if you choose email linking; Telegram account identifiers if you choose to link an existing Telegram game. Linking associates the selected shared progress and purchase history with your account.
- Game activity: progress, resources, buildings, troops, heroes, missions, battles, alliances, rewards and interactions needed to operate the online game.
- Communications and uploads: in-game chat and messages, alliance content, reports, support correspondence and images you choose to submit.
- Purchases: product IDs, purchase tokens, order and subscription status, transaction history and reward-delivery records. Google Play processes Android payments. We do not receive your full payment-card number or security code.
- Technical and security information: network/IP information, installation and session identifiers, device/browser characteristics, error reports, performance information and anti-abuse signals. We do not request GPS, contacts, microphone or call/SMS access.
Why we use it
We use this information to save and synchronize progress, authenticate accounts, deliver purchases and rewards, provide multiplayer and chat, respond to support requests, diagnose problems, improve game reliability and detect cheating, fraud and abuse.
If you separately opt into early-access testing, your verified email may be added to the Google Play tester list. This choice is optional and can be withdrawn without deleting your game.
Who can receive information
Other players can see your public game profile and the content you deliberately share in the relevant chat, alliance or multiplayer context. Private account credentials and verified email addresses are not displayed on your public profile.
We use service providers for hosting, delivery, security and support, including Netcup, Cloudflare, Google Play and Resend. Support alerts may be handled through restricted operator tools, including Telegram. These providers receive information needed for their services. Optional Telegram linking also involves Telegram. Providers may process information outside your country.
We may disclose information when required by law or to investigate fraud, protect users and resolve disputes. We do not sell personal information. The Android version currently contains no advertising SDK or personalized advertising.
Security and storage
Connections to the game service use HTTPS. Access to operational records is restricted; authentication secrets and payment proofs receive additional protection. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Account and game data are kept while needed to provide your account and the service. Limited transaction, security, dispute and legally required records may be retained after deletion for those purposes, with restricted access. Backups are removed or overwritten through the backup lifecycle; deleted accounts must not be restored to active use from a backup.
Your choices and deletion
You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing warhold@rignite.app. Use the account deletion page to request deletion without reinstalling the game. You can also request deletion of particular personal data without deleting the entire account.
We verify account ownership before taking action. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will explain any permitted retention or necessary additional time. Deleting a linked WARHOLD account affects its shared progress across platforms. Deleting WARHOLD does not delete your Google or Telegram account.
Audience and changes
WARHOLD is intended for players aged 16 and older. If you believe a younger child has supplied personal information, contact us. This policy may be updated as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
